Learn to use the Life Story Studio and get help with five 90-minute live interactive coaching sessions
October: 1st - 8th - 15th - 22nd & 29th
3:00 pm to 4:30 pm PT.
Replays included
This is one program with two parts working together: a tool you use on your own between sessions, and live group coaching to keep you moving and give you feedback.

You'll leave with 5 finished chapters — real building blocks of your life story.
From there, how you share them is up to you: a printed keepsake book through a service like Amazon KDP or Barnes & Noble Press, a family scrapbook, a slideshow, or simply passing the pages along.
Note: Printing and publishing costs are not included in this sprint and are handled directly between you and whichever service you choose.

Full access to the Life Story Studio, plus all 5 live life-story sessions. We will meet weekly on Thursdays during the month of October.
Spots are limited so everyone gets real support and attention during each session.

You've been meaning to write your life story for years and haven't started
You want finished chapters, not a pile of notes and good intentions
You'd rather write one true memory well than try to cover "everything"
You want a coach's eyes on your writing, not just a template
You'd like encouragement from like-minded classmates, not harsh critique

A guided autobiography facilitator and the author of fifteen books, Dr. Flora Morris Brown, PhD, is a Professor Emeritus from Fullerton College who continues to lead life story workshops.
She developed the One Memory at a Time method drawing on years of supporting individuals who longed to write their memoirs but felt overwhelmed trying to tackle everything at once or unsure of how to start.
